TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
Traditional Thai massage combines elements of stretching, acupressure and Japanese massage (Shiatsu). Massage is called "yoga for the lazy" during the treatment we use many positions characteristic for passive yoga. The massage differs from the massage with oils using more preassure and the person being massaged is wearing a traditional massage suit (t-shirt and pants).
Thai massage brings many benefits including: improvement of mental and physical condition, positive impact on blood circulation, increased in immunity, improvement of joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons flexibility, elimination of leg fatigue, headaches, energy increase and modeling of the figure .
